Scherrer Development Group takes a comprehensive approach to all development projects while understanding that a limited scope of services may be appropriate in some circumstances. For this reason, we will provide services for complete turnkey projects as well as a limited scope of services based on project needs. This includes, but is not limited to:



Development, Design and Construction Services

• Site / building selection, negotiation and acquisition
• Site planning or master planning of multi-phase projects
• Complete development budgets, feasibility and investment analysis
• Conduct project due diligence and obtain entitlements and municipal approval
• Manage third party relationships for engineering, market analysis, appraisals, etc.
• Direct the selection of architects, engineers and contractors
• Serve as Owner representative throughout construction process and project completion

Financing/Investment Services

• Facilitate and manage relationships (i.e.: lenders and investors)
• Develop financial/investment structure for project
• Secure the investors for project
• Negotiate and obtaining financing for project

Operations, Property Management, and Leasing

• Develop operating budget
• Provide recommendations for property management needs
• Oversee third party property management and leasing/sales of projects
• Establish procedures to provide complete financial reporting to owners and investors
