Project Details:
Project consisted of the complete gutting of an old department store to construct a new full-service medical clinic. Demolition included removal of load bearing masonry walls for construction of new exterior column and window wall system. New construction included five pods, each consisting of a reception area, twelve exam rooms, nurse station, procedure room and physician offices. The balance of the space includes a diagnostic and imaging center, physical therapy and rehabilitation space and a dialysis unit. |
