The new Burlington RV Superstore is a 60,000 square feet national RV sales and service center off I94 in Yorkville. The new facility is situated on 13 acres and will house a state of the art vehicle showroom with cyber cafe, lounge, office and RV camping accessory store. The RV center will host overnight campers and offer a full service repair garage. Guest can enjoy the cyber cafe, stone creek lodge, children's play RV or a barbeque in the waterfront campground, while visiting the thirteen acre complex.
The project included 27 feet of high clear span of indoor showroom with eighteen sales offices surrounding this area. It’s design is outdoor lodge style and has multi color stained concrete floors. There is 8,500 square feet for the parts and warranty areas along with 22,000 square feet garage that holds 20 service and wash bays. The second floor includes management and accounting offices. The entire exterior structure was done in tilt up decorative precast panels with stone accents and a 4,000 square foot drive up canopy.
