Project Description:

The project consisted of a single story office, manufacturing and warehouse area. The entire building has standard masonry foundation walls, steel frame and roof structure, EPDM and standing seam metal roofing, decorative block exterior wall with aluminum window system. The loading dock area has five bays with dock levelers and seals.
