Project Description:

This project was built in two phases. The first phase included a building shell. The second phase was an interior build-out. This faculty is an architectural precast wall panel building. Office features include a two-story lobby and professionally decorated office areas. Manufacturing area has a full-climate controlled flooring system for versatility throughout the manufacturing process. Wire-guided forklift systems are located in warehouse areas to minimize required storage space.
