Project Description:

The project consisted of two buildings with a connecting link. Each building has approximately 51,100 square feet with14,000 square feet of mezzanines. The connecting link has 2,100 square feet. The building has standard foundations and 6" concrete floor. Exterior walls are architectural precast panels. The Office has a heating system that is poured into the floor slab. Roofing is EPDM and architectural sheet metal with a standing seam roof at the main entry.
