Project Description:

The new building is an architectural precast building that includes a single-story manufacturing area and two-story office. The manufacturing area consists of two main printing rooms, bindery area, warehouse and shipping/receiving docks. The office space is over 26,000 sf. and includes sales, production and executive offices.
