Project Description:

Project included the renovation of an mid 1800's building. The existing building was completely gutted leaving only the main structural framing, exterior walls and roof. The exterior of the building was reconstructed; renovations include shoring and reinforcing the existing structure with steel columns and beams, pouring a basement floor, two new flights of stairs, repairs and replacement of joist systems, aluminum entrance and storefronts, wood windows and shutters, cedar siding, and shingled roof. The main part of the bank is decorated with woodwork throughout the lobby, teller area, conference room and break room. New offices occupy both the first and second floors. There are new plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems throughout the building.
