Project Description:

This project included the construction of two buildings. The new car facility consisted of a showroom with 18- foot high aluminum and glass curtain wall, interior Service Garage with 22 lifts, body shop with two spray booths, a five bay detail area, two-story parts and storage area, and a exterior canopy display area. The Used Car building consisted of a showroom and office area. Both buildings have standard masonry foundations, steel joist and deck with EPDM roofing, radiant in-floor heat systems, and decorative block and E.I.F.S. exterior walls with aluminum window systems.
