Project Description:

This project consisted of a two-story office and single story high bay shop area. The office has standard masonry foundation walls, steel frame and roof structure, EPDM roofing, decorative block exterior walls with aluminum window system. The shop area has one crane bay with two hoists and four hydraulic truck lifts. The entire concrete slab area has an in-floor heating system. The building has a 10-foot overhang at each side of the shop bays.
