The clinic has a concrete foundation wall with slab on grade. It is a wood framed building with wood trusses and shingled roof. The exterior makeup is decorative block, cast stone and brick. The interior includes three doctor offices, and nine exam rooms, an employee break room, records room, nurses station and waiting and reception areas.
