Project Description:

This project was a two-story, 60 unit, 66 bed CBRF elderly housing. It was constructed using framed construction, pitched shingled roofing, brick and siding exterior finish. There is a kitchen, living room, recreation room and dining room with fireplace in each of the six living pods. There is one fully furnished preparation kitchen and main great room with fireplace. The ice cream parlor is connected to an outside garden deck overlooking a fully landscaped courtyard garden with gazebo.
