Project Description:

The new office building is a single story slab-on-grade, earth berm walls, EIFS and brick façade structure. The main entry includes vaulted lobby exposed structural steel system with skylight system. Metal stud framing was used for partitions, acoustical ceiling, painted walls, woods doors in hollow metal frames completed the space. The new laboratory is a slab-on-grade, specialized concrete structures for holding and testing pumping equipment. Masonry and metal wall panel construction was used to complete the building.
