Project Description:

The new distribution facility was built on a standard concrete foundation with slab-on-grade. Precast concrete wall panels and an EPDM roof with six inch roof insulation completed the building. Exterior ribbon windows in aluminum frame with butt-joint glazing were used throughout. The building consists of 34,100 sf. of offices and 286,500 sf. of distribution area.
