Project Description:

Building is slab-on-grade, masonry additions which holds engineering and administrative offices for Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility. The building was operational throughout this two phase project. The garage area stores vehicles and excavation equipment. We installed 1/2 high decade decorative block, aluminum framed windows, and steel canopies. The interior walls are steel stud and drywall. The offices have carpet and VCT and the garage has epoxy floors.
