Project Description:

The building addition is single-story; constructed of block with a brick veneer exterior, precast concrete plank floor system, a shingled wood truss roof system, wood-framed interior walls, and an elevator to the basement level.
The building addition included a lobby, large conference room, numerous storage rooms, break room, and restrooms on the first floor. The basement consisted of a storage room, a three-HR secure storage room, various mechanical rooms, and plumbing rough-ins for future toilet rooms.
