Project Description:

The project included extensive renovation of the existing 12,400 sf. building and the addition of 23,600 sf. of building and entertainment areas. Special care was taken in the installation of water discharge pumps and flood-proof doors and windows throughout the lower level of the building. The most complicated flood proofing efforts included an extensive drainage system that worked to reduce the amount of hydrostatic pressure in the building. The upgraded site now includes four separate meeting rooms, three catering service kitchens and many additional facilities that aid in serving the needs of special events.
