Project Description:

The new Beach House includes men and women’s bathroom facilities as well as changing area with storage, check-in locations and covered patio areas. This facility was constructed on structural helical piers due to the soil conditions. The masonry building was veneered with fiber cement siding to make for a very durable and eye-catching structure.
