Responsibility:
Jim’s primary responsibilities include strategic planning, formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives, insuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. He directs the day-to-day operations of the company through his senior team of group leaders for field operations, project management, financial management and business development. In addition, Jim works directly with the company’s Safety Director, supporting the company’s commitment to a safe work place.
Experience & Qualifications:
Jim has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. The majority of his experience is with project management and coordinating project teams. Jim began his career in the field as a carpenter. He learned early the importance of completing a task correctly and thoroughly to ensure the best quality. Jim implements all of the lessons that he learned in the field throughout the company as the current President and CEO.
Responsibility:
Tim reviews facility plans for constructability and provides assistance with client relations, job cost estimation, field crew scheduling, and other related pre-construction/construction activities. He is responsible for information coordination between architects/engineers and field personnel. Tim also assists in value added research, trade bid review, and subcontractor/supplier management processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
Tim has over 25 of experience in the construction industry, including many years of hands-on field experience. He has extensive skill background in field superintendent management and project operations that include the design development, bidding and award, and construction management phases.
Responsibility:
Joe has senior management leadership responsibility over all corporate financial operations, including financial planning, budget management, State and Federal reporting, company insurance and bonding, investment strategies and risk management. He also manages all information technology, which includes computer hardware and software, telecommunications, licensing and staff training. As the business management group leader, Joe provides direction on technical support of business operations and continuing education facilitation for staff development.
Experience & Qualifications:
Joe has 21 years experience in corporate accounting systems and practices, including 18 years in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in corporate accounting, insurance, loss prevention, risk analysis, business contracts, employee compensation management and employee relations.
Responsibility:
John manages all construction related activities from the bid tabulation and contract award phase to the procurement and project completion/commissioning phase. He coordinates daily production communications between the owner, architect and all job-related subcontractors. John also manages the post-completion warranty support program for his clients.
Experience & Qualifications:
John has 14 years experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis in commercial, retail, religious, and educational facilities.
