Project Details:
Project included two buildings, Bldg. No. 1: New Car and Bldg. No. 2: Used Car dealerships. The main New Car building consists of the Showroom w/ 18 foot high aluminum/glass curtain-wall, interior Service Drive-Up area, Service Garage w/ 22-lifts, Body Shop w/ 2-Paint Spray Booths, a 5-bay Detail area, two-story Office and Parts Storage areas, and an exterior canopy display area. The Used Car building consists of the Showroom and Office area. Both buildings have standard masonry foundations, steel joist & deck w/ EPDM roofing, radiant in-floor heat systems, and decorative block & E.I.F.S. exterior walls w/ aluminum window systems.
