Project Details:
Project consisted of a two-story office and single-story high bay shop area. The office has standard masonry foundation walls, steel frame and roof structure, EPDM roofing, decorative block exterior walls with aluminum window system. Shop area has one crane bay with two hoists and four hydraulic truck lifts with entire concrete slab area having an in-floor heating system. The building has a 10-foot overhang at each side of the shop bays.
