Project Details:
Building is slab on grade, masonry additional which holds engineering and administrative offices for Oak Creek Water and Sewer Utility. We worked with the owner so they could stay in operation and on-site during this two-phase project. The garage area stores vehicles and excavation equipment. We installed 1/2-high decade decorative block, aluminum framed windows, and steel canopies. The interior walls were steel stud and drywall. The offices have carpet and VCT and the garage has epoxy floors.
