Project Details:
The building addition is single-story, constructed of block w/ a brick veneer exterior, precast concrete plank floor system, a shingled wood truss roof system, wood-framed interior walls, and an elevator to the basement level.
The building addition included a Main Lobby, large Meeting Room, numerous Storage Rooms, Break Room, and Mens & Womens Public Restrooms on the first floor. The basement consisted of Basement Storage Room, a 3-HR Secure Storage Room, Elevator Equipment Room, Mechanical Room, and plumbing rough-ins for future toilet rooms and a shower room.
