We take pride in maintaining solid client relationships and continue to serve our project Owners in many ways to make sure every aspect of the project meets their full expectations. Our post-construction services are designed to ensure not only the quality of your experience, but also the functionality of your facility when construction is complete.
CLOSE-OUT, TRAINING AND WARRANTY SUPPORT
Our project team will coordinate the turnover and commissioning of the facilities. Manuals for operating and maintaining your new equipment and building products are compiled, cataloged and provided to the facility maintenance personnel. We will organize specialized training for each system and offer support throughout the warranty period and beyond. Each close out manual will include project documentation, photos, record drawings, warranties and O&M manuals. This information is provided in a digital format as well for ease of use and distribution among the maintenance team.
