Golden Years Expands with Lake Geneva Facility

Congrats to Golden Years on the groundbreaking of their new Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility in Lake Geneva! Phase 1 of construction starts next week and is expected to be completed in May 2018. The first phase in the Golden Years campus will be a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with 30 beds and 50 employees. Phase 2 will consist of a dementia care facility with 20 beds. Scherrer Construction values the 35 year relationship we have with Golden Years and look forward to working with you once again to bring you this new facility!
