A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday May 30, at Woods Elementary School in Lake Geneva for their facilities upgrade project. The project is underway with excavating and construction of an addition which includes a science lab, gymnasium, serving kitchen, more classroom and storage space as well as security upgrades throughout the entire facility. Work is expected to be completed by January 2018.
Scherrer Construction is partnering with Nexus Solutions of Madison and Plunkett Raysich Architects for this project.
