Scherrer Celebrates 90th Anniversary & Expands Ownership

Scherrer Construction is in the midst of celebrating their 90th year in business! With over 100 employees and a recent opening of a second location in Wausau, Scherrer has been leading the way with customized construction solutions in a variety of markets serving all of Wisconsin.

Scherrer hosted a 90th Anniversary Celebration at the Veteran’s Terrace on April 7th with its employees, friends and family, clients, and architects. The company received special recognition from Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and Representative Robin Vos and Senator Van Wanggaard were present to honor Jim Scherrer with a legislative citation.

Scherrer Construction also recently welcomed three new owners. Ben Templin, Joe Ehlen, and Steven Richard joined current owners Jim Scherrer and Joe O’Neill.
