Scherrer Construction Breaks Ground on Millennium New Corporate Headquarters

We are well under way for construction on the new 75,000-square-foot headquarters for Millennium, an end-to-end solutions provider of fiber optic broadband networks in Delavan, WI.

The new headquarters will feature two floors of offices and a 60,000-square-foot warehouse space. The new facility will more than double the size of Millennium’s current headquarters.

“Millennium has seen rapid growth since we relocated our headquarters from Lake Geneva to Delavan, Wisconsin,” explained Millennium CEO, James Kyle. “This expansion will allow us to continue our great work here in the city of Delavan.”

“It’s exciting to be a part of helping a company expand, especially in our home state of Wisconsin,” explained Jeff Neumann, Director of Process Management of Scherrer Construction.

Millennium’s CEO says they will incorporate many of their own fiber optic technologies into the new headquarters. The project is expected to be completed in September 2022.
